In today's world, safety & security has become an important factor when choosing a place to stay.  With this in mind, Metropolitan Patrol created its Stationary Guard / Loss Prevention Division.  Our goal is to provide our Hotel Clients with Officers that have outstanding customer service skills and that are ready to make a positive impact on the property they are hired to protect.

Unlike other companies that put just about anyone at stationary post, we choose only the most qualified officers.  Our officer do not take an observe and report outlook on serving our clients, instead they are proactive and strive to create a safer, more comfortable environment for your personnel and guest.

Our hotel guard services include an officer that will make random patrol through your property and the parking area.  During patrols our officers look for safety hazards, any unwanted activity, illegal activity, etc.  During parking lots patrols they look for illegally parked vehicles, possible forced entry on vehicles, etc.  Anything the officer sees of significance will be called into our Communications Center and a report will be generated and faxed to you.  Our officers are not just left on your property to fend for themselves, they are equipped with portable 2-way radios that keep them in constant contact with each other and our communications unit.  Our basic service also includes doing lock-ups and/or unlocks that may be necessary on your property.  The on-duty supervisor will also patrol your property at random and check on the status of the stationary officer.
